Native Mac Support
One of the biggest asks we have had for the past season has been adding support for Apple users. Our development team has been working diligently on this for a looooong time, and thankfully, it's finally here! Now churches from around the world can enjoy EasyWorship regardless of their operating system. We have also poured a lot of time and energy into making sure that there would be perfect feature parity between the Mac and PC versions of EasyWorship, meaning that they would look, function, and update identically.

Profile Transfer Tool
If you are wanting to migrate over to a different operating system, or upgrading/changing computers, we have made that incredibly simple (thanks Brandon) due to the updated Profile Transfer Tool. This tool takes all of your existing information in your database, packs it up nicely, and helps you get it moved over to where it needs to go. If you would like more information on how this works, check out this article.

Streamlined/Updated Code-base
Now, this is something that isn't super glitzy or glamorous, but it's going to make a huge difference over time. This will really help our development team increase the pace at which they are able to push out meaningful updates and features. And moving forward, each update will support BOTH PC and Mac versions of the software.
New Editor and Default Media
Another addition to EasyWorship 8 is the brand new editor. We rebuilt it from scratch to make formatting text, adjusting layouts, adding animations, and fine-tuning your slides even easier and more seamless. In addition to that, we also (thank heavens) finally updated the default free media that comes pre-installed with EasyWorship. So churches should have a more diverse, and up-to-date look for their slides when they start using EasyWorship.

Future Updates
It's no secret that we are working diligently on cloud-synchronization, which will (hopefully) allow users to work on a schedule no matter where they are. We are also working towards what we call n-number of outputs, which basically means that EasyWorship could theoretically support an unlimited number of unique outputs from your computer, as long as you have the video outputs and computing power to handle it. There are also a few more secret projects going on behind the scenes that we will be teasing as they come closer to fruition, but you will have to wait a bit longer for that.
And that about sums up everything include in EasyWorship 8. Thank you for reading these totally handwritten and not AI-generated release notes. And as always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@easyworship.com.
