Media Store General Questions
Why can’t I preview the motions and mini-movies in the online media store?
If you can’t preview videos in the media store, there’s a good chance you don’t have Flash installed. First make sure Flash Player is installed. Normally you will be prompted to install it when you visit www.easyworship.com. You can also get it at adobe.com. If flash is installed and working properly, a firewall may be blocking the video stream. Your internet router and / or firewall software should be configured to allow RTMP streaming on port 1935. If you are not sure how to make the appropriate firewall adjustments, please contact your network administrator.
I’m having trouble downloading media from the online store.
If you’re having problems downloading media from the web store, first try clearing the temporary internet files in your web browser, then close and reopen your browser. Need help clearing your temporary files? Click Here
If you are unable to log into the website to download your video, make sure you have activated your account. Check for an email from EasyWorship with an account activation link. After your account has been activated, you may log in and download your video.
If you are getting disconnected from the server, select the option to Optimize downloads for my computer on the “My Downloads” page and then try downloading again.
Which file format should I buy?
EasyWorship’s online store lets you choose between two different file formats when purchasing downloadable media: WMV or MP4. WMV is the preferred format for playback in EasyWorship, however, the MP4 will play in EasyWorship with the proper codec installed. As a general rule, if you’re using a PC, we recommend that you download the WMV format. If you’re on a Mac, we recommend the MP4.
What’s the difference between HD and SD?
High Definition (HD) and Standard Definition (SD) formats are different in resolution and aspect ratio. HD files are larger, wider and have better picture quality than SD. EasyWorship offers two different HD formats: 1080p and 720. We also offer one SD format, which is typically 720 x 480. If, like most churches, you have an SD projector (XGA or below), go with SD media. However, if you have an HD projector and a computer that meets requirements for playing HD media (see HD System Requirements under Tech Specs), go with HD media.
How much time do I have to download my purchased products?
Once you’ve purchased a downloadable product, you have 30 days to download it. When this time has expired, if you still haven’t downloaded your product, you may request an extension using the Report a Problem button in the My Downloads section of your account.
Is downloadable media refundable?
Because of the nature of digital media, no refunds can be given for digital media that has been successfully purchased and downloaded. However, if you purchased the media and were not able to successfully download it, you can request permission to download the media again at a designated web location. To request permission to re-download purchased media, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 (918) 250-1493. If, after attempting to download the media again, you still cannot download the purchased media, we will provide a refund.

Will EasyWorship Bibles work with other products?
EasyWorship Bibles will not work with other products. In order to work properly in the software and follow copyright requirements, EasyWorship Bibles have to be programmed to work specifically for EasyWorship.
How do I download Bibles?
If your computer is on the internet, open EasyWorship and go to the Scriptures tab. At the bottom, to the right of the translation tabs, there is a drop down arrow button. Click it and click Download New Bible Text. In the window that comes up, put a check mark next to the appropriate Bible translation and click Download. If the translation is a free download, it will install immediately.
If your computer is not on the internet, go to a computer with internet access and go to www.easyworship.com. On the homepage primary navigation click on Bibles, scroll down to the appropriate translation and then click the “download” link. Browse to a removable disk (flash drive or CD) and then save the file to that drive. On your original computer, go to the Scriptures tab in EasyWorship, click the link to Install Bible from Disk and browse to that file you copied to your disk and click Open. EasyWorship will install the Bible automatically.

Where is my EasyWorship Serial Number located?
To locate your Serial Number, open EasyWorship and go to Help in the primary menu. Under Help, select About EasyWorship. The About tab should be selected by default. In the About tab, your Serial Number will appear below your Church or Organization name towards the bottom of the window. If you do not have access to the EasyWorship program, you may also refer to the original email and/or paperwork that was issued to your church or organization when EasyWorship was purchased. These documents will list your original Serial Number. If you have purchased additional Bibles since that time, please refer to the paperwork or emails associated with the latest Bible purchased.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Can I purchase EasyWorship by check or money order?
Yes, you may purchase EasyWorship by check or money order. Please call us at +1 (918) 250-1493 to place your order. You will receive a temporary Serial Number for the product so that you can use it while your payment is being processed. Once we have processed your payment, we will issue a permanent Serial Number to the email address provided. Make your check payable to Softouch Development, Inc. and mail to the following address:

Can I purchase EasyWorship by making a bank deposit from outside the US?
The best way for us to handle a payment from outside the US is for us to invoice your church. You will need to obtain a Money Order from your bank (bank check) in US funds. The Money Order needs to be made out to Softouch Development, Inc. and mailed to the following:

When your church is invoiced, we will issue a temporary serial number so that you are able to use the program while the payment is in process. Once we process your payment, you will be issued a permanent serial number for EasyWorship.
Can I order EasyWorship over the phone?
Yes, you can order EasyWorship over the phone. Have a major credit card available and call +1 (918) 250-1493 to place your order. Order confirmation and product activation information will be sent to the email address you provide.
What is your refund policy?
You may return EasyWorship within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund. To request a refund, please call us at +1 (918) 250-1493. However, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads once they’ve been successfully purchased and downloaded. If you purchased the media and were not able to successfully download it, you can request permission to download the media again at a designated web location. Do I have to become a member in order to purchase media?
Yes, we ask that you provide some basic account information and agree to our Membership Agreement before purchasing media.
How secure is my personal information once I become a member on the EasyWorship site?
How do I edit my primary account information?
To edit your primary account information, click the login link at the top right of the website, log in to your account and select the "My Account" option.
How long does it take for EasyWorship to be shipped overseas?
USPS usually takes 8 to 10 business days to ship Priority Mail to most countries from the US. However, it is not unusual for packages to be held up in customs. There have been occasions when customers have received their EasyWorship package 3 to 4 weeks after ordering it online. If it has been longer than 3 to 4 weeks since you ordered EasyWorship, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request another shipment.
Why can’t I choose FedEx overnight delivery for my order?
FedEx does not offer overnight delivery to some locations. If FedEx excludes your shipping address from their Overnight delivery service, we will not allow this shipping method in your shopping cart. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Is shipping required when I purchase EasyWorship?
No, shipping is not required when purchasing EasyWorship. You may choose to download the free 30-day trial version and activate it with your new Serial Number as soon as it is sent to your primary contact email address
It’s Friday and I need my shippable product to arrive Saturday.
FedEx Overnight delivery arrives the following business day. If you choose FedEx Overnight on a Friday, you will receive your shipment the following Monday. If you are placing an order for shippable product on a Friday and would like to receive your shipment on Saturday, please choose the option for Saturday delivery during checkout. Please be aware that some locations are not available for FedEx Overnight delivery. In these cases, the option for FedEx Overnight will not be available in the checkout process.
